All my past 4th of julys have consisted of Food, beer, and sitting in a lawn chair.

Even Corn hole can burn a few calories
Whatever you do today just have fun and try to take a few extra steps!
Make some smart swaps drink a light beer, eat a turkey burger, or some sweet fruit.
