Switch it up

Sometimes the hardest part of eating healthy, either on a tight budget or for picky eaters is your limited options.
You might find yourself eating the same thing again and again. You don't wanna get burnt out on healthy foods and go back to eating crap.

Here's a few quick tips on how to spice things up for Cheap!

Salsa - most of the time its pretty low calorie and can add flavor to eggs, salads, sandwiches, wraps etc.

Hot sauce - I love hot sauce and I love that it is ZERO calories!

Lemons, Limes, Oranges - Citrus fruits are a great way to add low calorie flavor to meats and veggies!

Vegetable broth - low calorie and you can use it to replace oil when sauteing veggies chicken and fish as well as when making soups.

Seasoning Blends - As long as there is no salt added seasoning blends are a blessing most are zero calorie, cost a dollar or less and can be added to anything.

A great way to switch things up is to switch your sides up! Fruit one day and maybe a yogurt the next. It stretches our groceries and helps to keep you from getting bored!
