No Gym Required

Something I keep hearing from people is that they want to get fit,
 but either can't afford to or don't want to go to the gym. 

Trust me I get it.
Gym's can be both expensive and intimidating.

That being said, it is still no excuse not to get fit. 
I have lost 55 lbs now and I never went to the gym.

There are so so so many ways to get fit at home. 
One of the best tricks to at home fitness is to try and make it enjoyable!

You could take a walking tour of your city or explore a new park.
It is easier to walk long distances when the mind is busy taking in the scenery.

Playing kids games like freeze tag, capture the flag or even hide and seek
 with your friends at the park is a really fun way to get in a work out!

If you love dancing but cant afford zumba classes youtube is your friend.
There are tons of zumba and dance workouts free on youtube!

Do you like the boot camp work outs? Well if you make your own boot camp work out you can perform it anywhere and increase the intensity at your own pace.

Volunteering for places like Habitat for humanity can help you burn calories and allows you to help others at the same time!

Geocatching is a fun new hobby for a lot of people. It can help you walk off tons of weight in a super fun way. Its like a real treasure hunt.

LARPING or live action role play is a geeky fun way to battle out an exercise.

With so many fun free activities out there to do and get involved in
 Never let the gym be your excuse again!
